Training
Our training courses are designed with our clients in mind.
ADT Advanced Integration / Intercon Security provides a full range of in-house training courses through our training academy to enhance each team member's skill and performance. We stay ahead of industry and government related regulations and technical breakthroughs, which in turn, benefit the clients we serve.
To further our commitment to employee education, ADT Advanced Integration / Intercon Security will pay 80% of the total (tuition and books) cost of a security course upon the receipt of a passing grade. And all required courses and training programs are paid for by Intercon.
Once our recruits are trained, their assignment is influenced by their personality and its suitability to the site.
Our belief is that the better equipped our personnel are, the more equipped we are as an organization to provide clients with superior services.
