Beyond these offerings, our Mobile Account Services team, site supervisors, account directors, account managers and account executives also make sure your site receives the protection it requires.
Intercon has also developed and implemented the most advanced computerized scheduling system in the industry. It is used to complete in excess of one thousand scheduling decisions daily, ensuring that our manpower is where it needs to be. Our officers form the first line of defense behind which stands the industry's most comprehensive security infrastructure.
Dedicated Mobile Support, Patrol and Emergency Response
The Mobile Protection Unit's mandate is to provide a timely and effective security response at the lowest possible cost. We ensure a high level of visibility, with random and planned checks. Intercon is also one of a few companies in Canada certified by ULC for alarm response.
Our officers receive regular visits from supervisors and are backed up by Intercon's Operations Centre senior managers who are authorized to make the decisions necessary to safeguard property, tenants, employees and guests.
When a security threat escalates, Intercon's Mobile Emergency Response Units are ready to provide direct assistance and intervention. This gives our Officers the back-up and support they need, in the event of a more serious threat or emergency.
