Reporting Structure
Intercon promotes the benefits of accurate, timely documentation. Our process of system documentation is mandatory to capture all findings. Security officers are trained not only to be keen observers of detail, but also to be extremely diligent in their reporting.
This outcome is achieved through a comprehensive reporting plan, starting with the police-style memo book each officer is required to carry. Officers record activities and special incidents in 30 minutes (or more frequent) intervals. The memo book is used to generate the important client reports.
Based on an analysis of these reports and our commitment to continuously increase our level of service, adjustments to a site's program may be recommended. Clients receive a monthly report followed by recommendations to enhance their security program and, when needed, extend services.
