Intercon Security actively recruits top-achieving graduates in the areas of law enforcement and security. With over a decade of progressive security program involvement, we actively recruit top Community Colleges and Universities.

All applicants are given a 'Basic Security Knowledge Test' to ensure that they possess the essential skills to succeed and develop their career within the security industry. Upon successful completion of this test, they are required to complete a sixteen-hour training course titled C.G.S.O (Certified General Security Officer), requiring each prospective employee to pass an in-depth security knowledge test with a minimum score of 75%. Licensing and placement at a client site follow successful completion of the C.G.S.O Course. Our C.G.S.O course incorporates all the requirements set forth by the Canadian General Standards Board for the training of Uniformed Security Guards.
