IOC: Monitoring
Intercon's Operations Centre team members are trained to monitor and respond to other property risks, such as fire, water, temperature and CO2 system failures. Unlike other brand name security companies, we respond (not just report) by deploying the necessary internal resources to quickly resolve the problem. No other Central Station has as many internal resources for these emergency scenarios. For example, our Central Stations provide a live-answer service to elevator telephones, calming trapped patrons and directing help their way as quickly as possible.
