TRUE SECURITY INTEGRATION
We believe our integrated offerings have been the key to our success in building strong, lasting relationships with our clients. We offer integrated solutions - Systems and Security Personnel complementing each other to reduce costs - tailored to meet our client's needs.
Over the last few decades, significant advances have been made in the various types of technology available on the market. We have aggressively invested in our internal ability to design, implement, test and support these products. These products include: CCure, GE, Casi, Keyscan, Indigo Vision, March Networks, etc.
Our commitment has been just as strong in our Security Personnel Division. Our Officers are trained using nationally recognized standards of quality and performance which have been assessed by the Canadian General Standards Board. Each Officer must successfully complete our Certified General Security Officer course prior to being placed at a site. We have also invested in our technology for this division. Intercon Security utilizes advanced reporting technology with our own custom, internet based application, the Intercon Security Management Web system (ISM Web). This system is used to record incidents, track wanted individuals and missing persons, generate Security Officer Reports, and monthly summaries through an advanced software program.
All of our divisions are tied together utilizing our state of the art, ULC rated, full service central station that offers evolving services related to remote and enterprise sites and support services including system health checks, monitoring and remote service capability.
